    Why is movement so important?

    ✅ Strengthens the heart and lungs — a long-term investment in health
    ✅ Improves mental clarity — sharper thinking after physical activity
    ✅ Builds self-discipline — gaining confidence through achievable goals

    You don’t need to strive for perfection:
    There’s no need to push yourself through intense workouts every day.
    A leisurely bike ride, a 10-minute home exercise session,
    Or even dancing freely to music—
    every small step is worth celebrating.
